Participants will explore the statutory and regulatory environment that governs skills development in South Africa, ensuring compliance with national frameworks such as the Skills Development Act and SETA requirements. Emphasis is placed on aligning learning interventions with organisational goals, evaluating their effectiveness, and producing actionable reports that support continuous workforce development. By the end of the programme, learners will be prepared to play a strategic role in fostering a culture of learning and growth within their organisation.

• Conduct skills development facilitation (SDF) processes

• Workplace based learning modules
