This programme is designed to equip Learning and Development facilitators with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to effectively support learning in occupational environments. It begins by exploring the statutory and regulatory frameworks that shape the learning and development landscape, ensuring facilitators operate within legal and ethical boundaries. Participants will develop the ability to facilitate learning that is relevant, engaging, and aligned with workplace objectives. Emphasis is placed on mastering a variety of facilitation methodologies, training styles, and techniques to accommodate diverse learner needs. Through hands-on practice and reflective learning, facilitators will gain the confidence and competence to plan, deliver, and evaluate occupational learning sessions that drive performance and support continuous professional development.

learning resources required for the delivery of learning interventions
in an occupational context.

• Facilitator-led online knowledge modules

• Workplace based learning modules
