This programme introduces participants to the essential knowledge and skills required to operate effectively as a Health Care Benefits Advisor within the broader financial and insurance advisory landscape. It begins with an overview of the investment advisory industry, providing context for the interconnected nature of financial and health-related advisory services. Participants will explore the regulatory requirements governing the provision of advice on insurance and investment products, with a specific focus on compliance relevant to health care benefits. The module delves into the core functions of health care benefits advisory services, equipping learners to analyse client needs, design appropriate benefit solutions, and provide informed advice on the introduction and implementation of health care benefit programmes.
