SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR PROGRAMME

This programme will be useful to people who are involved in the development, implementation, evaluation and review of training and development interventions for organisations. The Unit Standards will be especially useful to aspiring skills development facilitators, training managers and human resource development practitioners. The focus of the programme is to analyse, design, implement, evaluate and review skills development interventions and administration within an organisation according to the Skills Development Act and relevant Accreditation bodies’ policies and procedures.
