A Learning and Development Practitioner plans, writes learning objectives, selects and adapts learning resources required for the delivery of learning interventions, and facilitates learning in an occupational context.

- Work Based Learning and Development Practitioner

- Training and Development Planner
The programme consists of:
- Facilitator led online knowledge modules
- Facilitator led online practical modules
- Workplace based learning modules
(80 compulsory workplace based days)
- External Integrated Summative Assessment (exam)
